When you are a powerful person like a Governor people practically throw money and goodies at you. Generally, you have to throw something back. Sometimes you throw back a job contract or a political endorsement. Sometimes it's a seat in the U.S, Senate. It's a good living if you're smart enough to pull it off without getting caught. This costume reminds us of what happens when you're not. That would be you, Rod. If you're reading this Gov. here's a tip for when you're trying to smuggle contraband into your new home in the Gray Bar Hotel: Don't do it while the FEDS are watching!
